Krish is a qualified medical doctor who worked in a variety of hospital environments and contexts. He began renovating and renting residential properties in London. Krinvest Care Group was formed in 2004 to set up, own, and operate child care and residential care facilities. This has led to more specialist services for adults with mental health issues and supported living.
Janard Kandiah
Deputy Chairman
Janard brings in a wealth of 22 years of all-round experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Payroll, IT, and Business Advisory. He has been an Accounts Manager, Management Accountant, Head of IT and Chief Finance Officer, to name a few. He draws his success from delivering cost optimisations in all his engagements, both within the UK and across Europe. Janard has managed budgets of up to £15 million and 26 clients concurrently. On the social side, Janard loves to play Cricket and Badminton, He is a Badminton England Level 1 Coach and has also successfully discharged his role as the General Secretary for the Coombe Boys School in Surrey. January graduated in 1998 with a BA in Accounting & Finance (Level 2( from the South Bank University. At Krinvest Care Group, Janard is responsible for ensuring overall planning, implementation, managing and running of all finance activities across the group. This also includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations for new acquisitions in line with Krinvest Care Group’s strategic vision and direction.
Dr. Gary Simpson
Group Chief Operations Officer
Gary has worked in numerous industries and specialises in Group Operations. He has run the operations portfolio for stock exchange listed entities with full accountability for the P&L (EBITDA). Along with this Gary has lead the portfolios of Human Resources and Industrial Relations in parallel with operations, as he truly believes that people are a companies best asset. Working with people to achieve the Groups forward strategy, always off a foundation of trust, dignity and mutual respect. Gary has sat on numerous boards throughout his working life. He has both a masters (MBA) and a doctorate (DBA) in Business Administration.
Dr Vishwanath Ramakrishna
Consultant Forensic Neuropsychiatrist & Medical Lead GMC 6058514
Dr Vishy GMC reference no 6058514 is the Medical Lead/Consultant for our specialist hospital services since Sep 2018.
He has over 17 years of clinical experience and has worked across a diverse range of secure
and non-secure services in the NHS and the Independent Sector. He has postgraduate
qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Mental Health Law (with Commendation) and Clinical
Neurology (Distinction). He has extensive experience of developing specialist mental health
services and has published papers and presented at various conferences. He has received a
number of awards including the Howard White Memorial Prize, Royal College of
Psychiatrists’ Clinical audit prize and Certificates of High Commendation. Over the years, he
has developed and delivered innovative training programmes for staff, one of which was a
UK wide finalist in Service User awards. At Krinvest, Vishy advises the board on clinical
and strategic matters, including developing services and achieving high standards of clinical
practice and governance.
Joanne Robinson-Randall
Chief Operating Officer & Head of Regulations
Joanne Robinson-Randall is the Chief Operating Officer for the Krinvest Care Group. Originally from a medical background, she has a 30-year history in the care sector, staying with one company for 26 years. She has a background in quality and has previously managed services in special measures and administration. Joanne joined us in 2018 and oversees all care homes and Nurseries. She is the Nominated Individual for these services.
Kate Beebe
Executive Director
Kate joined KR Health & Social Care Group with a background of 10 years senior experience in Mastercard and 8 years experience launching Nectar loyalty scheme delivering outstanding operational support and best in class sales and marketing solutions. Most recently she launched a thriving Sales and Marketing Consultancy for Mastercard Advisors driving £11M+ in revenues within the first 3 years. She is excellent at identifying new investors, business opportunities, and growing revenue from new and existing clients in multiple industries. Numerate, with strong analytical skills and a creative flair she has consistently achieved high revenue targets.
Tom Ware
Operations Director, Community Crisis Care (CCC) Developed the concept of CCC to bridge a gap in service provision for individuals who require specialist care and support and high quality accommodation that is community based. Tom feels that the CCC concept enables the delivery of the transforming care agenda; by providing an in the community option that is highly specialist, high quality and prevents the need for individuals to be placed out-of-area separating them from their local communities.Tom joined the company as Operations Director, having previously worked for Cygnet Health Care and has extensive experience in the delivery of a range of adult and CAMHS in-patient mental health services and takes responsibility as Nominated Individual for its regulated activities.
Sathees Sarma

Sathees has Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Management in South Bank University and part qualified of ACCA. He has worked in Montessori group in different positions from Accounts assistant to Finance Manager. Sathees is responsible for managing the finance function on payments, receipts, credit control and banking etc.
Kajanthini Changevan

Kaja is a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK and trained by KPMG UK & Sri Lanka. She also completed Advanced Diploma in Bachelor of Information Technology degree from University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Kaja has a very strong professional background in accounting & auditing combined with over 12 years’ work experience in various industries. She also worked for one of the leading multinational corporation that provides IT technology solutions in the UK. Kaja has a proven track record to constantly improve existing processes and systems.
Kalman Jakab
IT and Systems Manager
Kalman joined in 2016, with a background in Mechanical Engineering. He is our IT and systems Manager and supports all operational functions.
Kalman also looks after all our business IT asset purchasing and has a hands on approach with operations.
Jubed Ali
Operations Support Manager
Jubed is our detail support guru – he works with all the Service Managers on the operational and compliance frameworks to be sure each business is compliant to commissioning authority guidelines and standards and within regulatory tolerances at all times. From reviewing documented CQC processes through to audit assistance and risk assessment recommendations, Jubed also runs our facilities management. Jubed is a valued member of the team who believes in concistency of practices to ensure smooth day-to -day running of our services. Jubed joined Krinvest in 2020 after an initial stint with Pooch Ltd, then worked his way to Operations.
Laura Henry
Clinical Operations Manager, Mental Health Hospitals
Laura is a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist. Laura worked in the capacity of an Occupational Therapist in Maple House and now as a Hospital Manger, she has supported the development of this service to achieve a good CQC rating. Prior to joining Maple House, Laura worked as an Occupational Therapist across both secure inpatient and specialist community services, these experiences developed her knowledge and practice skill sets. Laura is very clear that in addition to clinical therapeutic engagement individuals need to develop a range of occupational capabilities whilst in a rehabilitation service to ensure a successful and sustainable transition to less restrictive services.
Ashleigh Leech
Registered Manager, Andrews Court Care Home
Ashleigh began her career at 18, her drive and passion saw her through multiple positions within our care homes, Ashleigh was the Registered Manager for The Hamilton’s, and turned this around to a good CQC rating. Ashleigh had great attention to detail and a passionate work ethic, striving to ensure exemplary care, In 2021 Ashleigh became the Registered Manager for Andrews Court.
Carol Fisher

Carol has been with the company for many years working at a senior level and training staff to a senior level. Carol was the Deputy Manager for The Hamilton’s. In 2021 Carol became joint Registered Manager for Andrews Court.
Janet Aspden

Janet has worked in the care industry for many years. She is a Registered Nurse and has previously developed and transformed a care home to secure an "outstanding" CQC rating.
Janet joined Krinvest Care group in 2021 as the Registered Manager for Branch Court. She is passionate and takes a hands-on approach within the home striving to deliver high quality care.
Kirsty Rogerson
Registered Manager, Little Heaton Care Home
Kirsty began her career in the care sector at 18. Coming from a family who have worked within Health and Social Care meant that care has always been part of her life. With over 10 years of experience in her career so far, Kirsty has worked closely with a variety of different conditions including Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Mental Health, and General Elderly Care.
Kirsty joined Krinvest Care Group in 2014 as a Deputy Manager and has worked her way to a Registered Manager position. She has a very hands on approach within the home delivering high quality care. Kirsty is pursuing her academic aspirations, studying for her BA degree in Health and Social care.
Paul Milne
Registered Manager for Cheam Supported Living and Director of Group Governance Paul joined the company as its Business Systems Manager before progressing into the role of Service Manager for Cheam House and has worked across several industries, most notably Health and Home Affairs. Paul has previously worked for Cygnet Health Care as a Clinical Audit Co-ordinator, ensuring that all regulatory requirements were adhered to. Paul is responsible for enhancing the company’s business processes and systems to enable CCC to deliver a high level of support to their staffing teams and continuously improve the quality of care. In turn this provides assurances to all stakeholders and regulatory bodies through accurate and timely delivery of all reporting tools and online records.
Rav Sekhon
Registered Manager for Balance Care Supported Living Rav has extensive experience in the delivery of Supported Living services for adults with complex care needs. The concept of Balance Care was developed by Rav to bridge a gap that exists in service provision and enable the delivery of the transforming care agenda. The service will provide focussed transitional support for individuals coming from an inpatient environment into the community with specialist involvement. Rav is currently the Registered Manager for the service.
Joshua Okoronkwo
Registered Manager, Kenbury House Supported Living Joshua joined the company as the service manager for Community Living Kenbury House and has worked across several sectors in health and social care settings. He has gained experience in both residential, domiciliary and supported living settings. He has previously worked for Chatfield House care as the service manager for three different services, ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements. Joshua's role also includes marketing and assessing clients for potential placement in any of Kenbury House homes. He is responsible to continuously improve the standard of care in all the services and maintain high quality of service standards.
