Dr Vishwanath Ramakrishna - Medical Lead/Consultant
Dr Vishy is the Medical Lead/Consultant for our specialist hospital services since Sep 2018. He has over 17 years of clinical experience and has worked across a diverse range of secure and non-secure services in the NHS and the Independent Sector. He has postgraduate qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Mental Health Law (with Commendation) and Clinical Neurology (Distinction). ... He has extensive experience of developing specialist mental health services and has published papers and presented at various conferences. He has received a number of awards including the Howard White Memorial Prize, Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Clinical audit prize and Certificates of High Commendation. Over the years, he has developed and delivered innovative training programmes for staff, one of which was a UK wide finalist in Service User awards.
