Dr Krishnan Satkunam Executive Chairman
Krish is a qualified medical doctor who worked in a variety of hospital environments and contexts. He began renovating and renting residential properties in London. Krinvest Care Group was formed in 2004 to setup, own and operates child care and residential care facilities. This has led to more specialist services for adults with mental health issues and supported living.



Dr Vishwanath Ramakrishna Medical Director
Dr Vishy has over 17 years of clinical experience and has worked across a diverse range of secure and non-secure services, including women’s services, both in the NHS and the Independent Sector. He has postgraduate qualifications in Forensic Psychiatry, Mental Health Law (with Commendation) and Clinical Neurology (Distinction). He has extensive experience of developing specialist mental health services and has published papers and presented at various conferences. He has received a number of awards including the Howard White Memorial Prize, Royal College of Psychiatrists’ Clinical audit prize and Certificates of High Commendation. Vishy believes that there is no magic in a building and it is staff who make a service unique and specialist. Over the years, he has developed and delivered innovative training programmes for staff, one of which was a UK wide finalist in Service User awards. Vishy is passionate about patients receiving high quality assessments and evidence based treatment and has a strong reputation for leading on quality improvement initiatives.



Janard Kandiah Chief Financial Officer

Janard brings in a wealth of 22 years of all-round experience in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit, Payroll, IT and Business Advisory. He has been an Accounts Manager, Management Accountant, Head of IT and Chief Finance Officer, to name a few. He draws his success from delivering cost optimisations in all his engagements, both within the UK and across Europe. Janard has managed budgets of up to £15 million and 26 clients concurrently.On the social side, Janard loves to play Cricket and Badminton, He is a Badminton England Level 1 Coach and has also successfully discharged his role as the General Secretary for the Coombe Boys School in Surrey. Janard graduated in 1998 with a BA in Accounting & Finance (Level 2( from the South Bank University.At Krinvest Care Group, Janard is responsible for ensuring overall planning, implementation, managing ant running of all finance activities across the group. This also includes business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiations for new acquisitions in line with Krinvest Care Group’s strategic vision and direction.



Kate Beebe Head of Commercial Strategy
Kate joined KR Health & Social Care Group with a background of 10 years senior experience in Mastercard and 8 years experience launching Nectar loyalty scheme delivering outstanding operational support and best in class sales and marketing solutions. Most recently she launched a thriving Sales and Marketing Consultancy for Mastercard Advisors driving £11M+ in revenues within the first 3 years. She is excellent at identifying new investors, business opportunities and growing revenue from new and existing clients in multiple industries. Numerate, with strong analytical skills and a creative flair she has consistently achieved high revenue targets.



Joanne Randall Operations Director
Joanne Robinson-Randall is the Director of Operations for the Krinvest care Group. Joanne, originally from a medical background has a 30 year history in the care sector, starting as Registered Manager and progressing through to Operations, she has run domiciliary care services, extra care, residential services, clinical and learning disabilities and supported living, Joanne has a background in Quality and has previously managed services in special measures to good CQC ratings, also specialising in homes that have been in administration and worked as a consultant to other care providers. Joanne is the Nominated Individual for all the services.



Denise Ujvari Regional Director
Denise Ujvari joined KR Health & Social Care as Regional Director of Operations (Northern) Mental Health Services in June 2020, bringing 15 years’ experience working in senior management positions in a number of Independent Healthcare organisations across the North West in both community based and secure hospital environments.Leading on business and service development, Denise has gained vast experience in the healthcare arena, working collaboratively with stakeholder across services to develop quality services and patient pathways to meet the needs of patients and commissioners alike. Areas of interest include – Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injury, Compliance and Service Design, Development, Transition and Improvements. Safer Recruitment – Denise is a qualified Marketeer and REC MIRP Cert RP Recruiter and also holds an Institute of Leadership and Management qualification. Denise enjoys travel, Zumba and keep fit in general



Sathees Sarma Head of Finance
Sathees has Bachelors degree in Accounting and Business Management in South Bank University and part qualified of ACCA. He has worked in Montessori group in different positions from Accounts assistant to Finance Manager. Sathees is responsible for managing the finance function on payments, receipts, credit control and banking etc.



Ben Bullock Development Manager
Ben joined KR Health & Social Care Group in 2017 after receiving his Masters degree in Building Surveying. He supports the development project management with site liaison, material procurement and utility connections.



Saba Khan Architectural Designer
Saba is an Architecture Graduate and joined KR Health & Social Care Group in 2015. She assists with all new developments with design, planning and building regulation drawings. She also supports the development project management with site liaison, material procurement and utility connections.



Kalman Jakab IT and Systems Manager
Kalman joined with a background of Mechanical Engineering, with 7 years experience in a large super market chain. He supports the day to day finance function of business. Along with accounting skills, Kalman has strong skills in IT.



Louise Bagley Regional and Business Development Manager
ANDREWS COURT, Blackburn Louise joined KR Health & Social Care Group in 2010 after developing her career over many years working for Bupa. She successfully took the newly-built; Branch Court through to CQC registration and built-up occupancy through consistently delivery high standards and quality of service. She since moved over to Andrews Court, where she is currently the Registered Manager and has achieved Good Rating by the CQC. Louise is passionate about all aspects of care within the home. She continually strives to ensure that all staff are happy and works closely with the families and individuals cared for.



Laura Henry Clinical Operations Manager for all Hospitals
MAPLE HOUSE REHABILITATION UNIT, Warrington Laura is a qualified and experienced Occupational Therapist. Laura worked in the capacity of an Occupational Therapist in Maple House and now as a Hospital Manger, she has supported the development of this service to achieve a good CQC rating. Prior to joining Maple House, Laura worked as an Occupational Therapist across both secure inpatient and specialist community services, these experiences developed her knowledge and practice skill sets. Laura is very clear that in addition to clinical therapeutic engagement individuals need to develop a range of occupational capabilities whilst in a rehabilitation service to ensure a successful and sustainable transition to less restrictive services.



Maxine Flint Regional Nursery Manager
Maxine is the enthusiastic and passionate manager. She opened the setting in March 2008 alongside her dedicated deputy. She has built up a dedicated team who work together ensuring that quality of care is of the upmost importance throughout. Working in the industry for over 15 years, Maxine has a wealth of knowledge. She strives on actively reflecting on practices to provide high quality child care. Maxine has foundation degree and BA Honours in Early years.



Janette Reedy Registered Manager
ANDREWS COURT, Blackburn Janette has been working within the care sector for over 30 years liaising closely with external Mental Health, GP and Distruict Nursing Teams. She has working experience of those with mental health issues and learning disabilities. She holds NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care, Level 3 in Promoting Independance, Level 3 in Management & Leadership. She is in the process of getting Level 5 in Management. Janette is well driven, initially joining KR Health & Social Care Group as a senior team member at Andrews Court and now manages Little Heaton Care Home.



Janet Aspden Registered manager for Branch Court Care Home
I have worked in the health care sector since 1989 initially as a care assistant, then training as a registered general nurse, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager.I am truly committed to supporting the staff to provide high quality patient centred care.



Julie Hammond Registered Manager
Julie Hammond is a Registered Mental Health and Adult nurse who has worked at Mapleford since 1991. Julie started as a staff nurse and has worked her way up to Deputy Manager before then becoming the Registered Manager initially in 2005 until 2016. She was promoted as General Manager overseeing three services within the Pauls Care Services Group. Julie returned as the Registered Manager of Mapleford in July 2019. Julie has a passion for elderly care and in particular dementia care. Julie has a great deal of experience in Health and Social care and her main focus is to provide a service where residents will thrive and be happy through ensuring high standards of care are provided and produce a quality service.



Ashleigh Leech Registered Manager
HAMILTONS, Atherton Ashleigh started in care when she was 18, and her drive and passion has helped her work her way up in multiple positions within care homes. This experience along with gaining her NVQ level 2 and 3 gives her a strong understanding of how to develop the best level of care from the bottom up. She commenced employment with Krinvest as a carer at Branch Court and then went onto to work at Andrews court. She then enrolled in a Level 5 NVQ in Management and Leadership which enabled her to gain the position of Manager at The Hamiltons. She is very passionate about end of life care, for both the recipient and also the family who need support during this difficult time.



Kirsty Rogerson Registered Manager for Little Heaton
Kirsty began her career in the care sector at 18years of age and has remained in the industry ever since. Coming from a family who have worked within Health and Social Care in Shropshire, has meant that care has always been part of her life for as long as she can remember. With over 10years of experience in her carer so far, Kirsty has worked closely with a variety of different conditions including Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Mental Health and General Elderly Care. Kirsty has been a part of the Krinvest Care Group Since 2014.She completed her NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 and then went on to complete a Team Leader Vocation. She has held many roles at Little Heaton Care Home, covering both hands-on care giving her the confidence and experience to take on a Deputy Manager role. During this role, Kirsty was able to develop her managerial skills and ensure every carer remained compassionate, friendly and professional in their everyday practice, promoting person-centred care. Kirsty is now studying for her BA Honours Degree in Health and Social Care with the Open University.



Kayleigh Fracassi Nursery Manager, Squirrels Day Nursery
Kayleigh Francassi is our Middleton nursery manager; she is extremely passionate, ambitious and has a vision to become outstanding. She has worked in the early year’s industry for over 15 years and has previous experience as a nursery manager. Kayleigh holds a Foundation Degree and Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She is the settings Early Help officer, SENCO officer, Designated Child Protection and Safeguarding Lead.



Emma Drake Nursery manager, Montessori School
Emma has worked for the company for almost 12 years and has progressed to be the nursery manager. She has a level 5 in leadership and management and a level 3 in childcare. Emma has embarked on lots of various training courses to improve her skills and knowledge. She Is our nursery SENCO, and supports children and their families to ensure they are receiving the best level of care possible and are accessing all services available to them. Emma has 3 children, Lilly and Grace who are 10 and Nancy who is 3. Emma enjoys spending time with her family and socialising with friends.



John Flynn Registered Manager and Hospital Director for Draper House
John Flynn has an extensive background of over twenty years in mental health services. Recently and predominantly having worked in operational roles in female services, however he has experience in CAMHS, PICU & ASD and LD services. John has been part of the opening of 3 new services, one of which was bespoke and received an accolade of ‘a pioneering service’ from NHS England as part of a peer review. John is educated to a degree level in nursing and holds specialist management and safeguarding qualifications. John is passionate about what he does and sees this as a vocation and a lifestyle choice.
